How we handle compliance
Foyer scrubs every list against the National Do Not Call Registry before calling, follows federal and state calling-hour rules for each lead's location, records calls, keeps consent and call records for every number dialed, and works only from scripts you approve. Foyer is a service provider, not a brokerage, and holds no real estate license.

Do Not Call
Every list is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before a campaign begins, and re-scrubbed on a schedule while it runs. Numbers on your own internal do-not-call list are suppressed too.
Anyone who asks not to be called again is added to your internal list the same day and is not called again.
Calling hours
Federal rules allow telemarketing calls between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the called person's local time. Several states set narrower windows or restrict calls on weekends and holidays.
Your setter's schedule follows the stricter rule for each lead's location, not just the federal one.
Call recording
Calls are recorded so you can review them, and recordings are available to you on request.
Some states require every party on a call to consent to a recording. Calls to those states open with a short recording notice.
Records
We keep the consent basis and call records for every number dialed, so you can answer the question of why a lead was called and what was said.
Scripts
Your setter works from scripts reviewed and approved by you, with no improvised claims. Nothing gets said on your behalf that you have not signed off on.
What Foyer is not
We are a service provider, not a brokerage. Foyer holds no real estate license and does not give advice to your clients, negotiate, or represent anyone in a transaction. Your license, your clients, your relationship.
Your part
You remain responsible for your own office's compliance rules and for the leads you give us. Tell us about any consent or opt-out records you already hold, and we will honor them from the first dial.
This page describes how we operate. It is not legal advice.
Fifteen minutes, and you will know.
Tell us what your lists look like and what a good appointment means to you. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into an onboarding.
