Privacy notice

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address, team or brokerage name, market, team size, the lists you would like worked, anything you write in the message box, and, if you choose to give it, your phone number and whether you agreed to be contacted at that number.

We also record the date and time of your submission. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If site analytics are switched on, they are privacy-friendly page view counts that do not use cookies.

To reply to your inquiry, work out whether Foyer is a fit for your team, and give you a price. We do not sell your information or use it for anything else.

We only call or text the number you give us if you tick the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing us, and we will stop.

If we do not end up working together, we delete your inquiry within twelve months. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we work together and as long afterwards as the law requires.

Your submission is sent to us by email through our email provider, and may also be passed to the system we use to track inquiries. The website itself is hosted by our hosting provider. These providers process your information only to deliver those services to us.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We will reply within thirty days.
