How it works

Foyer gives you one dedicated appointment setter who calls your lists during your market's hours and books qualified appointments into your calendar. It takes about a week from the first call to the first dial: a 15-minute discovery call, a setup week, then dialing starts.

Four steps, about a week

  1. Discovery call

Fifteen minutes. Your market, your lists, your scripts, and what you actually count as a qualified appointment. That last definition is the one that decides whether this works.

What we need from you: Your market, the lists you want worked, your scripts if you have them, and your definition of a qualified appointment.

  2. Setup week

CRM and dialer access, lists scrubbed against the Do Not Call registry, your scripts and objection handling rehearsed until your setter sounds like your office rather than a vendor.

What we need from you: A user login for your CRM and dialer, access to your calendar or booking link, and sign-off on the scripts and the appointment definition.

  3. Dialing starts

Your setter works your lists on your hours in your timezone, five days a week. Every call is logged to the CRM with notes and the next action.

What we need from you: Nothing day to day. A named contact on your side for quick questions.

  4. Appointments land

Booked directly into your calendar with context attached, plus a daily recap of dials, conversations and what came of them, and a weekly call to adjust the script and the list.

What we need from you: Show up to the appointments, and keep thirty minutes a week for the review call.

What is an inside sales agent?

In real estate, an inside sales agent (ISA) is the person who works the phones so the agent does not have to: calling leads, following up, qualifying, and booking appointments. An ISA does not list, show, or negotiate.

Foyer provides that role as a managed service. Your setter is trained, scheduled and supervised by us, works inside your systems, and is measured on the appointments you actually want.

The lists your setter works

Your database

Aged leads, unworked inquiries and everyone sitting in your CRM who has not heard from you this year.

Expireds and FSBOs

Pulled daily and called the same morning, while the seller is still frustrated enough to take the call.

Sphere and past clients

The highest-converting list you own and the one that goes quietest. Worked on a schedule, not when you remember.

New inbound

Called back fast, qualified against your criteria, and routed to you only when there is something worth your time.

Open house and event follow-up

Every sign-in sheet worked within 48 hours instead of going into a folder you never reopen.

What a qualified appointment means

Before the first dial, we agree in writing what counts. For most teams that means a seller or buyer who has confirmed a specific date and time, meets your qualification criteria, and knows they are meeting a real estate agent.

That definition drives everything else: the script, which leads get a second call, and what shows up in your daily recap. If it changes, we change it together on the weekly call.

What you see every day and every week

In your CRM

Every call logged with notes and the next action, so your database stays current whether or not the lead booked.

Daily recap

Dials, conversations, appointments set, and anything that needs your attention.

Weekly review call

Thirty minutes with your account manager to adjust the script, the list and the appointment definition.

Call recordings

Available to you on request, for coaching, quality checks or your own peace of mind.

Fifteen minutes, and you will know.

Tell us what your lists look like and what a good appointment means to you. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into an onboarding.
