About Foyer

Where is your team based?

Dallas, Texas. Our office is at 3838 Oak Lawn Ave. Our setters work your market's hours in your timezone, wherever you are in the US, and they are trained on your scripts until they sound like part of your office.

What is an ISA in real estate?

An ISA (inside sales agent) is the person on a real estate team who works the phones: calling leads, following up, qualifying, and booking appointments for the agent. An ISA does not list, show or negotiate. Foyer provides the ISA role as a managed service, with a dedicated setter who is trained, scheduled and supervised by us and works inside your systems.

What does Foyer do?

Foyer provides dedicated outbound appointment setters to US real estate agents and teams. Your setter calls your database, expireds, FSBOs, sphere, new inbound leads and open house sign-ins during your market's hours, and books qualified appointments straight into your calendar.

Is Foyer a real estate brokerage?

No. Foyer is a service provider, not a brokerage, and holds no real estate license. We do not give advice to your clients, negotiate, or represent anyone in a transaction. Our job ends when the appointment is on your calendar.

How is Foyer different from a call center?

You get one dedicated setter instead of a shared pool, so the person calling your leads learns your market, your scripts and your standards. A named account manager who is not the setter oversees the work, and every call is logged in your CRM and recorded for you to review.

Getting started

Which CRMs and dialers do you work with?

We work inside whatever you already use rather than asking you to move. Tell us your stack on the call and we will confirm whether we can operate in it directly or need a workaround.

Can I start with one setter?

Most teams should. One seat, two-week pilot, and we scale only once the numbers justify it. Anyone pushing you to start with three has not thought about your side of the maths.

How long does it take to get started?

About a week from the discovery call to the first dial. That week covers CRM and dialer access, Do Not Call scrubbing, and rehearsing your scripts and objection handling with your setter.

What do you need from me to start?

Fifteen minutes on a discovery call, access to your CRM and dialer, the lists you want worked, your scripts if you have them, and a written definition of a qualified appointment. After setup, plan on a short weekly review call.

Working together

What counts as an appointment?

Whatever you define it as, agreed in writing before we dial. For most teams that means a seller or buyer who has confirmed a specific date and time, meets your qualification criteria, and knows they are meeting a real estate agent. Getting this definition tight in week one is the single thing that decides whether the engagement succeeds.

Do you use my scripts or yours?

Yours by default. If you do not have one, we will draft one for your market and your lists and you approve it before a single call goes out. Nothing gets said on your behalf that you have not signed off on.

What hours does my setter work?

Your market's calling hours, Monday to Friday, in your timezone. Calls to each lead also follow the federal and state calling-hour rules for that lead's location.

How will I know what my setter is doing?

Every call is logged in your CRM with notes and the next action. You get a daily recap of dials, conversations and outcomes, call recordings on request, and a weekly review call to adjust the script and the list.

Who owns my lists and call records?

You do. Your lists, CRM records and call recordings stay yours. If you leave, we hand them back and remove our access.

Pricing and terms

What happens if it does not work?

You give us thirty days' notice and we hand back your lists, your call records and your CRM in better order than we found them. There is no annual commitment to argue your way out of.

How much does Foyer cost?

Foyer charges a flat monthly rate per setter, not per lead or per appointment. The rate depends on hours, list volume and the number of seats, and we give you a number on the first call.

Is there a trial or pilot?

Yes. Our first five teams get a two-week paid pilot before any commitment, so you can see real dials, conversations and appointments before deciding.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. There is no annual contract. You can walk away with thirty days' notice.

Compliance

Do you follow Do Not Call rules?

Yes. Every list is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before any campaign begins and re-scrubbed on a schedule, and anyone who asks not to be called again is not called again.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Calls are recorded and the recordings are available to you on request. In states that require every party to consent to recording, calls open with a recording notice.

Fifteen minutes, and you will know.

Tell us what your lists look like and what a good appointment means to you. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into an onboarding.
